SHIPPING & Handling

We only Ship products within Australia and to actual addresses (we do not ship to PO BOX addresses). 

 

Our standard shipping feee is $14.95 which includes postage and handling. 

 

How long does shipping take? 

All orders recieved by us prior to 2pm (EST) will be shipped same day.

 

Will I be charged for taxes?

Our Postage and Handling Fee of $14.95 includes GST.

RETURNS

What is your returns policy? 

Please choose carefully as we don't accept returns on change of mind. 

 

All of our products are Second Hand (used) therefore they all will have signs of wear and tear, We to guarantee that ALL of our products are in good working order and back it with a 3 month warranty.

 

Do you refund?

We will always honour our warranty that we will either repair your product or replace it. However, if remains unsatisfactory we will refund the purchase price of the product (excluding shipping costs) if in the unusual case it is deemed to have a Major fault.

WARRANTY

In the unusual event that something does go wrong with your mobile phone or tablet we do offer a 3 month warranty on ALL products we sell.

If there is a problem with your device, you will need to make direct contact with us. We will work with you to first trouble shoot any issues prior to the device being shipped back to us. In most cases modern smart phones and tablets experience software issues which is usually resolved with a simple software upgrade from your actual device. If however we cannot trouble shoot the problem the product must be returned to us by either dropping it off to one of our stores or shipping it back to our head office. All products returned back to us MUST first be assessed by our technicians. Our technicians will inspect the product to try and identify the claim fault and also to ensure the product hasn't been physically damaged. Physically damaged products are NOT covered under our or the manufacturers warranties. If the fault is minor our qualified technicians will repair the product and once done we will ship the product back to you or arrange for it to be picked up from one of our stores. If we cannot repair your product we will replace it with the same or equivalent product.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

Products are not expected to be indestructible; a consumer’s use of a product can affect its durability.

The guarantee of acceptable quality will not apply if the consumer:

1. Uses a product abnormally

2. Physical or water damage

3. Tampering with software

4. Causes the quality of a product to become unacceptable

5. Fails to take reasonable steps to avoid the quality becoming unacceptable.

Please note that the  products battery will not be considered defective unless it fails to deliver 80% or less of its quoted capacity.
